ARIFA and Strathmore Global Institute – Tanzania (SGI-Tanzania) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in Artificial Intelligence, business leadership, innovation, and digital transformation across Africa. The partnership marks a strategic step toward bridging AI expertise with executive leadership and real-world business impact. The collaboration was spearheaded by Eng. Dr. Dennis Mwighusa, Executive Director of ARIFA, and Mr. Anthony Kahindi, Strathmore University Secretary. The partnership combines ARIFA’s expertise in AI research, innovation, and policy with Strathmore’s strengths in business leadership, strategy, and executive education. Key areas of collaboration include Executive AI and Leadership Programs, AI integration into business strategy and operations, industry-focused innovation and entrepreneurship, and research on responsible AI adoption. The initiative aims to equip leaders, institutions, and industries with practical tools to innovate, compete, and scale within the digital economy. The agreement further emphasizes interdisciplinary programs that integrate Artificial Intelligence, leadership, business management, and digital transformation to drive sustainable economic impact and future-ready leadership across Africa.
