ARIFA participated in the HR Breakfast Meeting organized by Strathmore Global Institute: Tanzania (SGI-Tanzania), focusing on the role of Artificial Intelligence in transforming Human Resource management. The event brought together HR professionals and industry leaders to explore innovative, data-driven approaches to workforce management. ARIFA contributed key insights on the application of AI in talent management, workforce analytics, and recruitment. Eng. Prof. Zaipuna Yonah (PhD), Board Chairman, delivered the keynote address on the future of work and AI-driven HR transformation, while Eng. Dr. Dennis Mwighusa, Executive Director, participated in a panel discussion on “Leveraging AI for Smarter Recruitment.” Participants gained practical perspectives on adopting AI solutions to enhance efficiency, inclusivity, and decision-making in HR practices.
